Why I Bake: The Story Behind Blondie Indulgence

Hi, I’m Nadia — the baker behind Blondie Indulgence. Baking became my safe space during a difficult time when I was told my health might stop me from working again. What started as therapy soon grew into passion, purpose and a little business filled with heart.

Every blondie, brownie and cookie I make goes through countless trials until the flavour, texture and gooiness are exactly right. I’m a perfectionist, and I only put forward bakes I’m truly proud of — the kind that make you close your eyes on the first bite. I don’t rush the process because I want every treat to feel comforting, indulgent and made with real care.

Blondie Indulgence is more than baking for me; it’s a reminder of strength, healing and doing what I love. And to give back, I donate 10% of profits to charity so something good comes from every order.
